What is Mable House Barnes Amphitheatre?

Mable House Barnes Amphitheatre is Cobb County's newest outdoor concert venue. Located in the same complex as the historic Mable House and Mable House Cultural Arts Center in the South Cobb / Mableton area of Cobb County, it features a state-of-the-art facility.

The amphitheater can accommodate approximately 2,400 people per show. Seating includes a table (which each seat 4) area closest to the stage, row A through Q are terrace level and general admission area is on the lawn. Tables are first offered to customers who purchase the entire Season. If all of the tables are not sold as Season tickets, some may then be offered for series sales. For most shows, patrons may bring personal-size coolers and/or picnic baskets with food and drink (limited to beer & wine). For those who purchase orchestra seats, TV trays are allowed in the spacious aisles. Lawn ticket holders are allowed to bring blankets for their picnics. Food and drink are available for purchase inside the amphitheatre from Mother's Finest Catering, or from our convenient concession stand, operated by Mother’s Finest.

How much are tickets?
All MHBA Series Shows
Lawn - $20
Terrace 2 Left and Right - $38.75
Terrace 2 Center - $45
Terrace 1 & 2 Center - $45
-plus 6% sales tax

Does my child need a ticket?
Children 2 and under do not need a ticket if they will be sitting on an accompanying adult's lap. Parents will be asked to remove children who create a disturbance for other patrons.
What if I have special needs?
Accessible seating is available for physically challenged guests in the reserved sections. Patrons should specify their need for accessible seating at the time they purchase tickets and should order early for best availability.
How does seating on the lawn work?
There's nothing quite like enjoying a spectacular concert under the stars on a warm summer evening. Concert fans can spread out and enjoy the show while stretching out on the spacious sloping hillside. Clear views of the stage, state-of-the-art sound, and natural outdoor acoustics deliver exceptional sound to the audiences on the lawn. The size of the venue provides for an intimate experience from all seating areas.
What can I bring to the concerts?
For most shows, you are welcome to bring blankets, pillows and binoculars. The following items may not be brought into Mable House Barnes Amphitheatre: Laser pens, lawn chairs, strollers, illegal substances and weapons of any kind. Cameras, camcorders and recording devices are also prohibited.

What about parking at the Mable House Amphitheater?
Parking lots open two hours prior to show time. General parking fees are $5 per car. Parking spaces have been designated, including disabled parking and parking for motorcycles. Ask the parking attendant for more information.
When can I get in the main gates?
The main gates generally open 90 minutes prior to show time.
What if it rains?
All shows go on, rain or shine! There are no refunds or upgrades in the event of inclement weather. Raincoats or rain ponchos are the preferred protection for weather.
Where are the restrooms?
Restrooms are located on the right hand side of the main entrance.
What if I need help at a show?
If you need first aid, trained medical professionals are on duty at all Mable House Amphitheater events. If medical help is needed, ask any facility staff member for assistance.
Where can I smoke?
Since this is a Cobb County owned facility there is no smoking on the property of the amphitheatre.
Can I bring my own lawn chair?
No. For the safety of all our guests, lawn chairs may not be bought into the facility from the outside.
Can I bring my own food?
Yes, but no large ice chests. Patrons may bring personal-size coolers and/or picnic baskets with food and drink. Food and drink are available for purchase inside the amphitheatre from the concession stand or you may want to purchase a gourmet meal from Mother's Finest, a full service caterer at (770)944-9277.
What about Cameras, Recorders, Video Equipment?
No. Due to most artist's request, cameras and any kind of audio or video recording devices are not allowed.
What about pets?
Pets are not allowed. Of course, licensed ADA companion dogs are allowed.
What about cell phones and pagers?
Please turn all cell phones and pagers to either vibrate or off to avoid disturbing guests around you.
Are TV trays and portable tables allowed in the Amphitheatre?
TV trays are permitted in the seating area but are limited to portable tables no larger than 18"x22".
Is there a list of items that are not allowed in the Amphitheatre?
